Look for signs of discomfort such as reduced mobility, changes in behavior, or reluctance to engage in usual activities. Always consult with your veterinarian to determine if bodywork is appropriate for your dog.

To prepare your dog for a bodywork session, ensure they are calm and comfortable. Allow your dog to have a short walk to relax and go to the toilet. Please avoid feeding them a minimum of 30 mins to 1 hour prior. The longer the better so a dog is not having to poop mid session, or be uncomfortable before the session. Ensure they are in a quiet environment where they can feel at ease during the treatment.

Results can vary depending on the dog’s condition and the frequency of sessions. Some dogs may show immediate signs of relaxation and improved mobility after the first session, while others may need a few sessions to experience noticeable benefits. Consistent sessions usually yield the best results over time.

The frequency and type of care your dog needs will vary based on their individual health, age, and activity level. Every dog is different—some may require more frequent attention due to high energy or specific health conditions, while others might need less depending on their lifestyle and overall well-being.

A travel fee of $0.50/km may apply for distances beyond 20km from SW Edmonton.
